What would be your preferred management approach? 👩 Patient Profile Age: 52 years Sex: Female ECOG Performance Status: 0 Medical History: Well-controlled hypertension Family History: Mother diagnosed with breast cancer at 58 years Clinical Presentation A 2.8 cm palpable mass was detected in the left breast during routine examination. Investigations Core biopsy: Invasive ductal carcinoma ER: Negative PR: Negative HER2: Negative (IHC 0) Ki-67: 70% MRI breast: Solitary 2.8 cm lesion No chest wall invasion Axillary ultrasound: One suspicious lymph node PET-CT: No evidence of distant metastases Clinical Stage: cT2N1M0 (Stage IIB)
