By accessing or using the Docfliq platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and medical professionals who access any part of the Docfliq service.

Docfliq is designed for verified medical professionals. By registering, you confirm that you are a licensed healthcare professional and that all information you provide is accurate and current.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or provide false information during registration.

You agree to use Docfliq only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these terms. You must not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.

You may not post, upload, or distribute content that is false, misleading, defamatory, offensive, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove any content or restrict access that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these terms or our community guidelines.

All course materials, videos, assessments, and platform content are the intellectual property of Docfliq or its content partners and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use platform content solely for your personal professional development.

You retain ownership of any original content you submit to the platform, but grant Docfliq a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with operating the service.

Content on Docfliq is intended for medical education and professional development only. It does not constitute medical advice and should not be used as a substitute for clinical judgement.

Always apply your professional expertise when making clinical decisions. Docfliq is not responsible for any outcomes resulting from the application of educational content in clinical practice.

Course completion and CME certificates reflect educational achievement only and do not confer any clinical authorisation or licensing.

Paid courses and programme fees are charged at the time of purchase. All prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course. Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Existing enrolments will not be affected by price changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docfliq and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Docfliq in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email or through a prominent platform notification.

Your continued use of Docfliq after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
